I played a second round today with the test balls sent to me. I have noticed on shaped shots there is more control however the spin from 120 yards in seems less (not always a bad thing). The feel while striking the ball is very much like the old balata balls. Overall I would give the test set sent to me very favorable and would consider them a step up from the most recent public release. Well done on improving what I consider the best ball on the market.

First time I have tested golf ball for a company. I think my balls were ProV1, because of black number. First time out I was hitting a lot of shots longer then normal, which brought about trouble shots. Next day I played by myself, and hit 3 different balls every shot for 9 holes. Test balls out did the other 2 balls in distance, spin and feel on about every shot. On approach shots I usually have to land short and play roll out, then hope for the best. But with the test balls I was going after the pins. The third time out I played a round with friends, and they couldn't believe what I was doing on approach shots. I am a 14 handicap and shot a 76 on a breezy day with the test balls.
Thanks for the chance to test, it opened my eyes on the difference in balls.

Ok just played 7 rounds tee to green with the Titleist test balls. And I must say I'm really impressed with the new version especially the cover every knows that's plays the pro V1 & V1X the cover gets chewed up after a couple rounds this ball had almost no wearing. Ball flight seemed slightly lower than previous model on mid iron shots. But off the tee it was amazing adding some distance seems a little firmer from its previous model. Around the green its money stops on a dime from 60 yards and in. On the green it's perfect. Would not expect anything less than the best from Titleist. As a senior mid-handicap player, feel is very important. It supports my confidence and provides assurance that, as my club speed decreases with my age, shot making is still possible.

I used the prototype ball the day after I received them in the mail. In late October in WI these ball preformed quite well in 50 degree weather. I could not distinguish much difference between these and Pro V1x with the exception of durability. Thanks for the opportunity of testing. Keep up the great work.

I tested two sleeves of balls a while ago, one marked with a square, one with a triangle. I gave detailed feedback but never knew what ball was what. I wish there had been feedback so I could make a purchase decision.

So I got my prototype test balls and of course I was very excited about 3 golf balls from Titleist that say test on them .. I mean I have played prov1xs the last 15 years and for some crazy reason these 3 test balls just make me smile!!!!!! So my 1st test was the feel to me they felt a little more tacky or softer, second was on the putter and I really couldn't tell to much difference between them ,, 2 me were some iron shots into greens and they did spin just a little bit more to my suppose.. 3rd was my driver and a couple of times I got a few more yards with the test ball but my last drives of the day yesterday I smoked the test ball and my prov1x and no joke they were 8 inches apart .. It was pretty cool to see that .. but I would like to thank Titleist for sending me 3 test balls . I litterly but 4 dozen a year and they normally last .. thanks again JJ

I've tested the prov1x. It's the best ball on the planet. Great feel great distance control! Thanks TT

I have tested balls on two occasions. Each time they have been marked with boxes or triangles. I have provided feedback but never favored with information on outcome of testing and what characteristics each ball was focusing on. Would appreciate knowing. Thanks.

Loved the way the pro v1x felt, spun just right for me and seems long and was very durable.

I never received my golf balls. I would gladly try them out and write a review.

I haven't gotten mine yet I have tested before and I loved the idea of trying out new balls to see if they help my game or another persons game

I wasn't sure I'd notice much of a difference with the prototype ProV1x, but I was wrong. I immediately noticed a higher flight off the tee with driver with about 5 more yards of distance. But the biggest thing I noticed was around-the-green short game control. I found myself being a lot more aggressive with chip and wedge shots because of the spin and soft feel of the ball. Please send me more to try out!!!

Well i finally was able to get out today.The Titleist prototype felt great, i felt like i had more control. I played on a cool day 46° High and the prototype still felt very soft. I think this might be one of your much improved releases in sometime Keep it up Titleist.

I received test balls last year and had a great experience with them. I simply trust Titleist always has the best ball. I am hoping to receive the new ball to test and provide my feedback.

I just received the sleeve of prototypes today. I look forward to playing these real soon. Fall golf and testing go hand in hand. I appreciate being part of your test panel.

I received the test balls two days ago and was able to use them yesterday. This ball is by far the best Titleist ball I have ever hit. It just explodes off the driver and irons. The feel is great and I'm hitting this ball much straighter than the Pro V's. I've realized about 15 more yards on my drives. Can't wait to see these in the market. Thanks for letting me participate

I really liked testing the balls. When I would lose one, I was disappointed. I look forward to getting more in my mailbox to test. ⛳️
