At my age (63) there is pitch count now... so about once a week, 30-40 balls going down P-8-6-HB-Driver or alternate G-9-7-5-FW-. 8 balls each with P-8 or G-9 then 5-6 with the rest.

But I now spend more time pitching, chipping & putting a couple of times a week.
