Best Value Course You've Ever Played

Paid £2 (that was about $3 at that time) visitor rate for a round at Prestwick St Nicholas about 25 years ago - The secretary apologised, explaining that the rate had recently doubled to fund a pay rise for the greens staff!
The company was friendly, it was a lovely course in excellent condition, a fine clubhouse and great catering.
I'm willing to bet it costs significantly more these days, as well it should.
