    This was my favorite sand wedge of all time. What grind did the SM56 have and/or which current grind of the SM9 would compare to the older model

    In that you had a 56.10 and most likely was a S grind. Kind of a standard sand wedge. I would go with the SM9 56.10S, which I have in my bag and I love it. Very versatile wedge. When working with the Titleist rep at events at clubs in our area, it is the one we recommend to most participants wanting a good sand wedge.
