Michael DMt Gambier,
Hi all just wondering if people use a different setup with degrees of bounce from summer to winter with there wedges as where i play it can be quite soft in winter to firm in summer

Same set all year for me. Hard enough to semi master my clubs , then a few different ones. No way , thats like having 2 wives. Hard enough to train 1. BFG.

Not needed where I live. Most winters it's too cold and snowy to play. But even when it is playable, it's just not worth the time and expense.

Yes, in the north during the winter the ground becomes hard as you can imagine...thus I go to wedges with minimal bouce...

I do have different grinds (and different bounces) that I use depending upon the conditions. I always have a 60 and 55 degree wedge in my setup but may go with more bounce for softer conditions and less bounce for the more firm conditions. The TVD and M Grind clubs are the most versatile in all conditions (in my opinion) but I do switch out to some of the other grinds at times. You have to practice a lot with the different combinations to see what works best for your swing in various conditions.
Chris MGrindelwald,
Using the same clubs all year long.
To amateurs it doesn't make sens to use different bounces/lies for each season as in the end it doesn't make a real difference in your game

No need in my opinion, stick to the set up you've had all year as you know how they react and feel.
