Just wondering if anyone's using any interesting or unusual Scotty's at the moment.

I've gone back to a Napa recently after using my Newport Studio select.

  2. Hoping to get a go with the new Golf 6.2 LTD at Foregolf when I go down there for some practice... Does that count?

Always provided, of course, that it's still In Stock by then - they did a post on Instagram on Tuesday/Wednesday that it was in store so someone with £700+ burning a hole in their pocket may have jumped in.
Wondering if this is more of an appreciating asset rather than a pop-in-the-bag putter.
I like the chain link, variable depth "grooves" concept but only by trying it will we know if it helps us.

I also wonder, as the rain pours down outside and my little grey cells get restless, what Scotty thinks of the LAB DF3 and PXG Allen concept.

Hi Martin, I'm waiting on a Phantom 5, not unusual but current using a 5.5 and after a brief fitting from a Scotty specialist, I was in the wrong putter. Hope it sinks more putts!!!

I have a Newport 2 Longneck Teryllium that I still have and use. I was given it from a friend when I was around 13 years old and ironically its made in the same year I was born, 1998!

Good topic Martin, glad to see the Napa is back getting some game time.

I'm still using my tour welded center shaft fastback! I need to take some up to date pictures to show how the finish has worn a bit over the last 12 years!

Looking good Tom, those COA pictures do look good though.

I've not used a Napa for a long time, but I do think the're one of the best and most interesting head / neck shapes out there. Whenever I see someone with a Napa or a Napa collection, I always think that they must own them with a huge amount of pride, and probably love engaging in conversation about them too.

Not a Napa, but I'm playing with a custom Studio Stainless Newport Beach 1.5, the flow in the neck and toehang are somewhat similar though.

I also have a Phantom H19 Black that I really dislike, I use it every now and then when I fall out of love with my Newport, but it rarely lasts more than a couple of weeks. I have an awful tendancy to push putts with it - it's not a bad putter, just doesn't suit my eye / stroke.
