    Playing the weekend, and hit a unseen rock with my 8 iron. Its put a lovely chip in the leading edge, anyone got any suggestions and costs to get this repaired?

    Seems to have been no response, though I can't believe you are the first this has happened to....
    It would be easier to fix shaft damage!! Doesn't matter how old your bats are, unexpected damage is annoying.
    Start with your Pro, then the nearest local Titleist approved fitting centre and go from there is what I would do.
