Another idea inspired by a comment on another thread... If anyone has an item they would be prepared to pass on to another Team Titleist member, perhaps this could become a Swap Shop? I’ve got some TT balls which I’d never use and only really want a sleeve for myself - so that’s potentially 9 fellow members who could benefit, or perhaps more realistically 3 with a sleeve each. I also have a Players Marker that I could pass on. I’m not asking to gain out of this, just share things. What do Luke and Matt think?

    Hi #TeamTitleist,
Happy new year and may the best come true in 2019.
I've some bad news to annouce and I hope to prevent TeamTitleist members in the same matter.

I know some Team Titleist stuff is for sale on eBay.
I got a 9 year old standing by my golfbag the other day pointing at that fantastic looking #TeamTitleist bag tag. He asked if he could take it from me. I said no, but when the youngster came back to me 30 minutes later he found the item on eBay for 40 USD. But guess what he didn't knew how to buy it.

I thought let's buy this one for the little kid so he can be "happy camper" on the course. Turns out.. that the seller David Leininger takes photo's of this Facebook page from Bag tag's previoulsy owned. Creating advertisements on eBay and right after payment he sent out this item is no longer available anylonger. After that he points to ebay & paypal regarding refunds. How sick can this be?

Please guys, watch out for David Leininger, he puts fake eBay advertisements and let you pay for it.

I lost my 40 USD and I still got a 9 year old crying on the course. And all that for 1 bag tag.....

Guys, watch out for this David Leininger.

Steve - great post. I picked up a TT Pivot Tool and have offered it to Ant D. Just waiting for him to get back to me.

Sorry, same thing just using Scotty Cameron terminology!
  7. Bart,
I'm sad to hear this turned sour and I appreciate you trying to bring a smile to a young kid by your kind and generous deed.
Also sorry about you losing $40, hope you get it back.
I don't want to sound nasty, holier than thou or anything, but can I refer to one thing.
When TT members receive these gifts, they should never be put up for sale.
They are often stolen from bags and turn up on eBay, etc.
But as TT members I don't think we should ever buy these items. It can only add fuel to a fire.
Please accept that no offence is intended.

  8. I'd pay you for a TT sleeve of balls, I have a ball display cabinet for 110 ball collection. I buy a logo ball from each new club I play. I'd like to add one of these to my collection

Message me David. As I've said, I'm not looking to make money out of this. I just thought it would be nice to share...

I have a phone cover, the balls and a Players Marker that I'd be happy to pass on. I'll try to post a picture later.

Terrible to hear that people are on the make, using TT merchandise to rip people off. Makes me seethe...

Happy new year to you anyway!
