CG weights for TS driver order

    Hi I pre-ordered a TS2 driver and TS2 fairway wood after fitting at st Ives The order said +2 gram weight on driver and -2 gram on fairway wood but both have arrived with neutral weight . Does the order come from Titleist with neutral weights and you have to buy weights or should they come with weights as per orders and recommendations from fitting? I e-mailed specs to store so I know order was correct and store said they put all details on order agreeing to fitting spec I now have to go back to store for them to speak to customer service Can’t wait to get on course with them so it’s little bit disappointing - Hopefully be resolved soon!!     What was the shaft length on these clubs as the tech info shows only weight changes for non standard length...

    I'm now concerned that my fairway has -1/2 shaft so I should have a +2g weight (will find out on Tuesday) but I don't recall and weight changes during the fitting...

    Someone from Titleist please put us out of our misery.


    If we play with what we have will you still provide the correct weight?

    Hi Luke,

    This was from my fitting at St Ives back in September (you may remember we me in the car park).

    I've checked the club and I have the grey (neutral weight) club serial number is 1493490 and the fitting ref S-PT-180914-13.

    Only picked the club up on Tuesday and it performs brilliantly (as it did at the fitting) so have today booked a #TitleistThursday fitting for tomorrow to get a 5 wood fitted. I'll check with the fitter tomorrow to see if the neutral is OK or if the +2g is required.

    Hi Luke,

    Checked with Matt today at the Wexham Park #TitleistThursday and it looks like the weight is correct for me. Apparently the table in the club/shaft specs are guide and the standard weight suits me fine. I guess the lighter Kuro Kage shaft doesn't need the additional 2g to make the correct swing weight

    So impressed with my TS2 fairway after 1 round a second is now on order.

    Hi -my issue has been resolved now -there was confusing info on order form so Titleist sent out standard weights. Store has contacted Titleist who are sending correct weights so should be here soon
    Clubs still work well on standard weights will be even better with correct ones

    Thanks Titleist -received my correct weights by DPD yesterday , fitted and been down the range -all set for course now!!
    Clubs are beautiful and so much more consistent as well as longer -very happy

    I am waiting on my new TS3 driver arriving this week and will definitely check as mine was fitted to be +4g fade.
