Augusta National is such an obvious choice, I'm not sure I even need to mention it. I'd consider giving up golf for the chance to play one round there. So with that being said, I'll list numbers 2-6.
2. St. Andrews
4. Cypress Point
5. The Country Club
6. Royal County Down
I have to say, narrowing my list to 5 was difficult. If I were to assign some sort of point system to this, I would guess my top 10 would all be very close.

Your list pretty much covers my choices. Only problem is cost. Pebble is out of reach for all but the wealthy. Advance tee times require staying at the lodge, and with room and green fees you're up around $1250 dollars for 18 holes. Augusta is member only so out of reach. St Andrews requires expensive travel and getting into a lottery to see if you get "awarded" a tee time. Whistling Straights and Bethpage are the only courses that an ordinary person has a chance of playing and Bethpage is the only one with a reasonable green fee. Boy, I hated to put a pin in your bubble but that's reality.
