Chris the crossings is average at best...funky!!! They have decent late rates.

If you want a great track look up Arrowood Golf Course...about 20 min drive from your hotel.

Barona Golf Club & Casino Is awesome!!!!

Others to consider.

Pala Mesa, Encinitas Ranch & San Clemente Muni.

Hit up Pizza Port in Downtown Carlsbad........Grab some Beer Buddies and a pitcher of Shark Bite....Yummy!!!!!!

The Crossongs isnt bad I actually like it. There are some funny holes but its usually in good shape. There are usually decent deals on GolfNow for it. I am playing Arrowood today so i will let you know how that is.

I played Arrowwood yesterday and its a great course. It was in great condition I would recommend it for sure.

Thanks I'll have to keep that in mind. I'll be the only one in the family golfing so I might see if anyone wants to meet up for a round while I'm out. No kids for the trip and wife will be busy laying out. Time to break in the new Ap1's , 913's and new custom Scotty JYD. Hopefully by next month I'll have my game figured out. lol thanks for the input and let me know if anyone wants to play.

I could play on the weekend for sure. Have you decided on a course yet? Underpar.com has Arrowood for $85 for 2 players with cart after 11:30am.

I would recommend playing Coronado Municipal. It may be hard to get a tee time but its an extraordinary course for the price.
