Worn out club numbers

Go to an auto parts shop and get the little containers of touch-up paint.

Are they wearing out or flaking out? If flaking out, maybe prep the number cavity first with something that will eat into the chrome finish being careful not to leave it on too long or get it on part of the club you want to keep shiny. Then use oil based model car enamel paint.

Have used oil based Sharpie pens from Hobby shops with success in the past.

Go to Golfworks.com or 800-848-8358 and get some scoring line paint.

I’ve used Gryptonite paints before and they’ve seemed pretty durable. Not to difficult to get hold of either. Like all paints, making sure the bed is clean and dry first helped.

I re-painted my numbers a few seasons back. I switched over to a white paint you've got a lot of great suggestions so far. I like to use Testors model paint. It's oil based, so it won't fade or come off and it's easy to clean up any runs. I would also suggest first using Acetone to remove the original paint so your starting with a clean surface.
