Have a custom club repair business a customer brought this in never have seen this before the head has nothing that looks like threads Thanks Don Johnson

If you contact the Cameron custom shop they should be able to answer your question.

Looks like you could re-install it assuming you could clean the threads in the head. Probably safest to send to custom shop, but I would think any reputable shop could do it.

I would just contact the SC Custom Shop as mentioned already....they are pros and will know how to best proceed...no sense in ruining a putter...
