I'm considering buying my first Scotty putter. I'm looking at the Select M2. What are the weight of the toe/heel weights in all of the different lengths? I noticed that the new Cameron & Crown M2 has 20 gram weights but it is 33" long. I have never been fit for a putter before so I don't know what length is proper for me. So I'd like to know what weights are in the 33,34 and 35 inch regular select M2. Thanks.

The 33" has 20 gram weights, the 34" has 15 gram weights and the 35"has 10 gram weights.

Normally Scotty Cameron putters have 20gm weights in 33", 15gm in 34", and 10gm in 35".
  4. I think the longer the putter the lower the heel and toe weights. The new Cameron & Crown are 33" and have 20 gram weights. I have a 34" Select Newport 2.5 that came with 15 gram weights. I think 35" putters come with 10 gram weights. I haven't been fit either but would love to go through the process.

    Hey Mark,

I just recently bought the Scotty Cameron M1 putter. The wights for the heel and toe will always be the same weight on a club, as in toe won't have heavier or lighter than the heel.

    Stock weights are as follows:

    35" - 10 gram weights
    34" - 15 gram weights
    33" - 20 gram weights

However, everyone would recommend get fit for all clubs including Scotty Cameron putters. I did the search for Scotty Cameron fitting locations on Titleist's website and was fit for my new putter.

I ended up with the M1 at 35" length, standard lie/loft, and "Heavy" model with 15 gram weights. The 15 gram weights(Instead of 10) in the 35" length came out to an E1 Swing Weight.

    Hope this helps!

  6. cameron & crown comes standard with 20g weights so its balance. Ive have several scotty and always had 33 inch. Im 5 ft 10 in. It feels just right. 34 and 35 r not options for the new limited crown editions. Its made for 33 inch putters only. If your tall you might consider a different line like the 2016 select which features different lengths.

Thanks to all of the T/T members that responded. I do have a curiosity question though. Besides the coloring and the thinner grip, what is the difference between the standard 33" putters and their Cameron & Crown counterparts? Thanks again.
    Fairways and greens to all.
