    Do I need to send this putter back if I want to replace the 20 gram weights with 10 gram ones?

    You don't have to, but if you want authentic Scotty weights you would need to purchase a weight kit and the weight insertion/removal tool. Based on the cost of purchasing the tool & weight kit, you might want to send your putter in to have the lighter weights installed.

    Generally, Yes. Unless you purchase the weight kit and a tool for screwing and unscrewing the weights the Scotty Cameron Custom Shop is your best bet.
