Who is going to win the Claret Jug this year?
MadsChristchurch, 0
Its really difficult this year. There are many who could win it. I understand that its going to be very windy and that just perfect, but will make even more open. I would really like to see someone like Lee Westwood win, but I don't think his best in the wind. Iron shots is going to be essential, so I think Luke Donald will have a good chance. Of not to forget Rory is a real strong contender. Wouldn't that be amazing if he pulls off another win. Last time they played this course in the open, Bjorn lost it using three shots to come out the bunke. I understand that his a got a wild card to play, maybe the course suits him ?? I love the Open and can't wait to sit glued to screen.

I think ALOT of players may win the jug this year but i think it will definitely be a non american player to win. My top 2 to win are Luke Donald and Lee Westwood. Luke because of his incredible short game and Lee because of his awesome ball striking. But if a american will win i think it will be Nick Watney.

I hope Miguel Angel Jimenez wins it.
That stretching routine of his gives him a distinct advantage.
