As I leave for golf..my always tells me eventually the “Holes Going to Get in the Way.” Well it finally happened after 50 years of golfing that included 2 albatrosses and 16 - 2’s on Par 4’s. I had the privilege to play Cypress Point Club last Wednesday with my best friend Todd Denny. Our twosome was the first off the tee with our caddy. On #3 , Par 3 160 yards with a tucked back right pin. Good pin for a lefty. Unbelievably it was the only hole we decided to video each others swings. 5 hybrid right at it and we couldn’t see it land but thought we heard it hit the pin. The caddy of 31 years at Cypress declares “That looks really good!” Being a Golf History fanatic it was a very nervous walk to the hole. It was indeed in the hole!! I was in jubilatoinal state, and broke in tears. My first Hole-in-One and at Cypress…..priceless.

A hole in 1 at Cypress!? Id say that was worth the wait, congrats!!
  4. What a great day for golf. I played same day at Trilogy at Power Ranch in Gilbert, AZ. On 11th hole a par 3 at 157 yards I hit my 8 iron low and straight. It hit the green and rolled into the cup. My first hole in one in 50 years of golfing. Congrats
