On Saturday, June 8, 2024, I checked off this elusive bucket list item. The third hole par 3 at Candlewood Valley Golf Club, New Milford CT, was playing 177 yards from the white tees. Took a perfect swing with my six iron to land the ball 2 yards in front of the pin. My Titleist ProVI bounced once and rolled straight in. Day to remember! Matthew Schwam
