  1. Wow. Lately I've been splaying the ball all over the place. Watched Michael Breed's Maintain Spine Angle clip, and one range session and one round later...I'm all in for wearing Michael's tubing and CD sport bra (mentally that is). Don't know why he didn't just go full Iron Man instead of CD + Flashlight, but whatever, it worked for me.

    Here's the video: www.titleist.com/maintain-your-spine-angle

    Hope that's helpful.

Michael Breed is so fun and just does a great job with his instruction videos! I remember when he had a show on the golf channel. He just brings great energy to his videos and they are usually on point and helpful!

Such a simple change to make an enormous impact on your impact and striking.

Thanks for the video Roger. That is certainly one of my swing faults. I do the opposite, the disc is not pointing to the ground.
One of the things I practice on for spine angle is an indoor swing (slow motion) with my rear up against a door jam and having it touching from the backswing to the follow thru thus maintaining proper spine angle. I know, easier said than done, but it does help me.

That is my major swing fault. Thanks for sharing the video Michael Breed explains the why of the problem and the fix very well. Don’t think I will wear the CD to the golf course though.
