Hey everyone I’m just curious what everyone’s doing to try and stay in shape during these crazy times. I’ve been using a stationary bike and doing body weight/resistance band workouts a few days a week in my basement. Just curious as to what others are doing to get in shape for the season.

Am walking two miles every four days....the other three my physical therapist has my doing twelves exercises working on my abs, thighs, back, hamstrings. Just celebrated tenth week after back surgery. Can practice putting on my walking days. Looking forward to the day when I can do some chipping. Physical conditioning is most important at this point. Am down to 249 from 268 and lost two inches. Know my day will come and cannot wait to see my golf instructor before hitting the links. Exercise six out of seven days a week and level three. At 73, best condition I have been in since I went thru basic training in 1965.

Oh boy, snow again here in Denver! Been at home quarantined for going on 6 weeks. Moved our "home gym" upstairs from out of the basement for the entire family to use including stationary bike. Tons of exercise videos out there online including TPI, yoga for golf and fitness with detailed exercises to strengthen the core and maintain flexibility. I somehow aggravated a nerve by simply doing some leg lifts trying to get stronger, ugh! Will get through all of this and will be teeing it up soon! Stay healthy Gents!
