You gotta live it - to earn it.
Once you've earned it -
You'll understand what it means.

One swing at a time. Don’t think about holes you have already played or the ones you are going to play. The most important shot is the one you are getting ready to hit.

Also try not to aim where a straight shot will put you in trouble.

If you need swing thoughts at that stage, you are already in trouble...lol

This was told to me by a PGA Tour Pro.

If it is your first tournament, don't have any expectations. Once you feel the nerves, just keep playing, at your own tempo, and pace. Everyone gets nervous. If you aren't, something is wrong......

I just think about the moment, the now. Just me and my swing. Nothing else. Block everything out.
