My driver swing works well hitting the ball on the upswing. This seems to creep into my full iron shots and I end up chilly dipping it. Is there a key or something that will set me up to take the proper divot on the full iron shot?

I had the opposite problem. I was hitting down on it too much with the driver and getting pop ups now and then. I would say, other than taking a lesson, try adjusting where the ball is in your stance. If you're chili dippin I would move the toward your back foot.

You are most likely setting up with your spine tilted away from the target, this is good for hitting the driver.
For hitting off the ground you want your shoulders more level.
