What do I need to do. five foot nine one hundred and fifty five pounds. What workouts and muscles to target?

If you're looking for some information on golf specific exercises do a search for Nick Randall or Christian Henning. Both have developed a variety of golf specific workouts and provide a lot of good information and resources. In fact, you can purchase Christian Henning's books (either hard copy or ebook) at Amazon for not a whole lot. I followed his "Shed Pounds to Shave Strokes" program a couple summers ago and lost 20lbs while improving my game dramatically. I plan to start back at it again shortly. Another good resource for golf fitness is of course the Titleist Performance Institute. Also, I strongly encourage you to invest in a good foam roller (or two). Hope that helps!

Yep, I'm starting to think its more equipment and technique.
Just look at R.F., J.T., J.S., the young guns are hitting it very far, and not looking like a clone.
B.W., and J.W. are holding their own.
And the best thing about it, they use the same brand name balls or equipment we use.....

I do squats with a bar and barbells, it works the legs and core as well. I do 3 sets of 10

Any of the big lifts - bench, squat, deadlift, shoulder press (especially standing) will work the entire body if you do it right. I've spent a lot of time in the past year reading up on lifting and body building (not that I have any inkling to do that) to understand what I could be doing better in the gym. I realized a lot of people don't think to engage their legs or core when doing something like a bench press, but doing so helps with stabilization and will allow you to lift more weight (if that's important to you).
I've actually read about several body builders and fitness gurus that maintain a chiseled six-pack without specifically targeting the abs because they engage their core on other lifts.

Core strength and legs (squats, dead lifts, lunges, cable pull downs) are all excellent exercises to built your core strength (don't forget about your lower back either). Another important addition to "The Long Ball" is flexibility! Muscle mass (big gains) tends to reduce your turn. Be sure to work in stretching exercises as well!
