lost screw for stand bag leg

You're best bet is to remove the pieces from the other leg and take them to your local hardware store to find something similar. That is what I did when the fastener fell out of a bag. Titleist wouldn't offer to send $1.50 hardware as it isn't a stock item, but they actually offered to replace the bag (this was the first year they made their own bags, so don't expect that this will be the case now).

The bag has a 1 year warranty so take it back where you got it and they will work with Titleist to repair or replace. They do not sell or supply parts. Sorry this happened and hopefully you get it fixed soon.

Take out the other and hit the hardware store!

I had the same dang thing happen, I need to get mine fixed as well. I haven’t tried calling Titleist, but I think the hardware store might be a better option. That being said, the screw is a really odd shape, hopefully I can find it.

Update 01/03/2022: I called 800-333-4200 and asked if they could send me some replacement screws. They were very courteous and agreed to send out 4 screws to me without a question! This way if it happens again in the future I will have replacements.

Maybe get a small bottle of Locktite thread adhesive to help ensure that the new one stays in place. Cheers.

This worked for me as well! I told him I needed screw size and he asked for my address and sent replacement screws on the way. Great customer service!

Update from 9/9/22 - I called 800-333-4200 and asked if there was a chance they could send send me a couple of screws and locking nuts. They said it was no problem at all and I should expect them sometime in the next week. Fantastic customer service from Team Titleist!

Hello, just reviving this thread to let everyone know that this worked for me as well. I called 800-333-4200, a very courteous rep (Adam) helped me with my issue and sent out replacement pins/screws. Thank you Team Titleist!

I also would hesitate to call Titleist - as when it happened with my bag, I called the terrific customer service team and they kindly sent me replacements. Thank you Titleist !

You're lucky that you're just missing the screw - I recently lost the leg+screw on my 2 year old Titleist Players 4 StaDry Stand Bag. Titleist offers no replacement legs and told me to "search Ebay", where there are none currently available. So my only option is to completely replace my $250+, 2 year old bag. Safe to say that I won't be sticking with Titleist after 20+ years of loyalty.

Also lost the screw for one of the legs. My club pro went to hardware store and fixed it himself.
