Curious how many other folks are having similar issues? Getting ready to pull the trigger on one of these bags, but I may have to go another direction if this is a persistent problem.

I purchased the players 4 carry bag about 12 months ago, as titleist bags are usually the bees knees. Today whist playing golf the strap snapped. The plastic fitting that is attached to the bag had broken. This now basically makes the bag useless as the strap can not be used to carry the bag. I have noticed another member has complained of the same problem.Obviously this has to be a weakness as I only use the bag in winter, once a week.Basically £120 wasted. Is there a history of this.

I placed a small rubber band around the straps in the plastic clip, this solved the problem for me at least with the strap coming out of the clip which happened a lot and was annoying, alas I parted company with the same bag as it wore through just to the left on the hip padding so I returned it to the retailer and had a credit. I've now replaced it for the Players 4 stand bag, which doesn't have the waterproof membrane but I love it! I haven't had the same issues with the strap falling out of the clip, its much lighter and has more features, including a side pocket on the right for your range finder, internal net pockets which I put balls in so I don't have to delve deep into the pockets to retrieve them as I did with the 4Up Stadry. Unfortunately it still has the dual strap system is not to my liking, IMO the sooner Titleist drop this option and go for a decent padded double strap option the better. I'm thinking of buying a different strap system (there's some on eBay) and swapping it over.
