So I'm considering getting the new GT280 but I'm not sure what other TT players are replacing in your current setup. I currently have a 11° GT2 Driver, 16.5° 3 Wood, 21° 7 Wood, 24° Hybrid along with 5 thru 48° gap wedge, 54° and 60° Vokeys. I love my Driver and hit it well. Not sure how the mini would fit in and what would come out? Are you guys replacing your normal drivers with the mini?

Mini driver is a 3 wood replacement, not a regular driver.

I think it comes down to needs and gapping. I play a 9.0 degree TSR4, then I previously played a 13.5 Tsi3 3 wood. Then I go to an 18 GT3 5 wood. Disclaimer I play at 6000 feet. My driver carries 320, 5 wood 275. I only hit my TSi3 3 wood off the tee, and there are a lot of times I need to hit it 300, etc.... if i needed an off the deck shot, I would use the 5 wood, only rarely would i use the 3. I just wasn't consistent with it enough. I needed something to split the gapping, as a lot of the time the driver is too much. After 5 rounds with the GT280, I love it. I mean I love it. I play a baby fade, and it just goes. I never want to see my woods go left. #2 at my home course is 625-640 yards. I've hit 4 shots with it off the deck now, and it's nuts. Straight and off the deck I'm getting it almost 300. I honestly didn't think it would get up in the air, but it's so much easier than my previous 3 wood. Did I mention straight? However, back to your question. With your gapping, no it doesn't seem like you would have a place for it. If you're good with your driver and don't need it to be shorter off the tee, I'd say you likely don't need it. I definitely would NOT replace a driver with it; why give up some yardage if you're good with your GT2???

I'm waiting on my GT280 with Tour AD UB-7X shaft to be delivered. I don't have a driver in the bag right now. So the GT280 will be the longes wood in the bag.

My avg numbers from fitting in Trackman:

    Club speed: 108 mph.
    Ball Speed: 162 mph.
    Carry: 280 yd.
    Total: 307 yd.
    Spin: 2400 rpm.
