Team Titleist GT fittings shipping date

When did you get fitted? I was fitted Aug 1st and not getting the driver until August 25th...

I was fitted for a GT3 on 8/5 and was told to expect it in around 8/22. I wonder if those above actually got there's around 8/6 or not?

Fit on 7/15. My Estimated ship date still says 8/6 but six days later still no shipping notification.

My order status just changed to shipped hoping to receive it by the end of the week!

I was fitted on 7/8 and my GT3 arrived on 8/6. My youngest son was fit on 8/12 and his GT3 arrived on 8/5. My oldest son was fit on 7/18 and his GT2 also arrived on 8/5.

I emailed customer support about the Graphit Design VF shafts being delayed and the confirmed that they expect to have them back in stock “around late September.”

I was fitted on July 11. Surefit website hasn’t changed. Estimated ship date of July 30th, with a status of “In Progress”. Place I was fitted said they did 40 fittings prior to me and orders are trickling in.

I was fitted on July 10th during Titleist GT Roadshow and fitter told me that I will get my new GT woods by AUG1st so before official launch. I checked today with my pro shop and they do not have any exact date when GT will be delivered. As I see many of you that had fitting in August will get their new drivers much sooner.

Contacted Customer support via email yesterday and they confirmed that Graphite Design VF shafts are on backorder. Expected to have them in late September...

Just to update if any one was wondering -
Received my GT3 driver today (Tensei 1k Blue shaft)

Still waiting for my 3 wood. (fit for GT2 with Tensei 1k blue shaft)

Team Titleist Fitting was on July 9th in SoCal.

At least the driver is here, hoping to play a twilight this week to get used to it before the weekend round.

I am a loyal TT member and loyal to the brand. Every single club in my bag is Titleist/Cameron/Vokey. I play a Titleist ball and have a Titleist carry bag. I wear Footjoy shoes and wear a Footjoy glove. You get the point.....but it seems like every pre-order is a disaster. I did a TSR fitting 2 years ago and I had to wait until after the official launch to actually get my order. I ordered a "limited edition" Cameron B3 from the TT site only to still be waiting and being told they don't have the head I ordered so they are waiting for more (so much for "limited"). AND they charged my card already to I have paid for something that I still do not have a month later. I have a GT2 driver and 16.5 on order and the date keeps getting pushed back. They do not have shafts in stock, etc. I will always be loyal because I truly believe this is the best equipment but sometimes these things are beyond frustrating.....

Pleased to update that I received my GT3 Driver and GT2 4 wood on 8/12. My fitting was on 7/16. Can't wait to test them out in the next few days and take them to the course this weekend!

I was fit on 7/12 and my original date changed from 8/21 to 8/12 last weekend. Got me very excited since I have a Member Guest tournament next weekend and was hoping to have the new D/3w/5w in the bag. No shipping info as of 8/14 so I just called and "maybe" they will be ready to ship middle of next week. bummed.....

Amending post. I got the shipping notification yesterday and the clubs arrived today!! Super excited to get them out on the course tomorrow. I'm also playing Spyglass next week and then a Member/Guest over the weekend so absolute perfect timing!!

I'm still stuck on 8/22(fitting 7/22)!

Had fitting August 9th and receiving on 21st

I ordered mine through a golf shop so I cant check a status update. However, I talked to my guy up there yesterday and he told me they rec'd their first big order of stock GTs yesterday on 8/19 but they did not send a GT3 10 degree which is what I ordered. Bummer. Hoping it shows up this week. I was told 8/22ish originally.

My club showed up Friday 8/23.

Fitted July 26, ordered July 30! GT3 with Tour AD Di 7x shaft... Anyone have any issues with DI shaft and shipping delays? I dont get the updates to shipping as i ordered through a golf club. REP said ETA 2 weeks but we're pushing 3 now.. I just want my new driver :)

I know some of the other Graphite Design shafts are currently out of stock. My buddy was also told that his Ventus shaft is out of stock. You could call Titleist customer service. They were very friendly when I called them last week. I'm sure the staff that helped you order clubs can give you the order number. Good Luck!

I have the exact same order date as you! Same shaft / club head. I called Titleist Customer Service yesterday and they said the DI shafts are plentiful so shouldnt be any delays. Getting restless waiting for the driver to arrive!!

The GT2 Woods is impossible to miss!

I ordered my GT2 on 8/5 and sill shows in process.

I could go to the golf shop today and buy the same driver and be hitting it this weekend.

Very disappointed that I pre-ordered and would have been faster to just wait and buy it on 8/23 from the gold shop.

Ordered a GT2 Driver with a Ventus Black 6X and order is still "Processing" so I reached out and this was the response:

"Thank you for contacting Titleist!

Unfortunately, we have received information from our operations team that one, or more, components on your order are backordered (Ventus Black). We are working with our suppliers to mitigate the situation and complete your order as soon as possible. Your clubs will likely ship out by Mid September.

We apologize for the delay and greatly appreciate your patience."

Which piece of information that Titleist provides regarding delivery of an order placed through a fitter has the most accurate information - if any?

I was fitted and clubs ordered by the fitter on 8/20. The fitter said to expect it to take 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. I received the order confirmation that day via email. The order confirmation indicated a ship date of 8/27 and an order status “order created”. It also included a link to “check on the status of this order” which opens a Surefit order summary. The Surefit order summary gave a shipment date of 8/21 and a status of “in Progress”.

On 8/23 I received another email from Titleist titled “Order in Progress”. On this email, the order status was changed from “order created” to “order in progress” & the expected shipment date changed from 8/27 to 8/21 (which would have been two days prior). This email also contained the same link to “check on the status of this order” - which still opens what appears to be the same Surefit order summary.

What I’m wandering is, for those who have ordered through a fitter - which piece of information that Titleist provides was the most reliable or useful to track your order (if any)? It is what it is I guess and the clubs will arrive when they arrive, but If there’s something out there that provides a hint in the actual delivery date that would be most helpful. Thanks.

Do note that Titleist can only relay the date the box is put on the shipping dock. The courier then controls the delivery date to your door or pro shop. Unless the delivery is upgraded to 2 day air, delivery from Carlsbad to New England can add 5 business days to the delivery. My last shipment spent 4 days over a weekend lounging in Chicago. I live 3 hours from that spot.

Got fit on July 22nd. I was told to expect the driver early August.
Now it says it’ll ship out September 9th…‍♂️
