    What grind in a 56 degree wedge is the closest to the K grind in the 58 degree? Thanks

    More Bounce = Forgiveness. The F grind will be the highest bounce available in 56.

    F or S …they still have a smaller sole width compared to K. K is a wide sole that is flat flat so nothing is in the ball park exactly…

    I changed my mind. K grind is like a wide sole D or M that is flattened but still has heel relief so sand and flop shops are similar in approach.

    Sorry…just had it backwards initially…

    Probably the D grind. I think the K has 14 degrees of bounce, and the D has 12.

    For bounce it is the 56-14F.

    You can also take a 58-14K and bend it to 56 for 56-12K.

    My bag uses 60-14K and 60-04T bent to 58. I find K grind set up this way vs 58-12D to be more versatile. The T grind is pretty close to zero bounce for hard lies. I play courses with deeper green side bunkers so 58* loft works better.
