    I was fit for the new GT2 3 wood and found that the Graphite Design Tour AD VF 8X was the best. The order form has the tip trim listed as "Standard 1."" Just curious if anyone knows if that's 1" total or 1" plus any additional to account for the adapter. I bought a matching shaft for my TSR2 7 wood and want to make sure it plays the same.

    Obviously I could wait until I have the 3W in hand to measure but I am getting antsy, haha. Any thoughts!

    Your best bet is going to be to ask your fitter who is the person who ordered the club for you. Graphite Design recommends 0.5" tip trim on 3 wood, meaning Titleist might have a different standard. There is no tip trimming "to account for adapter". Either a shaft is tipped or it isn't.
