    Does anyone have any insight about if titleist is thinking about doing a new set of blades soon. Just got a set of the MB's last year and love them but just wondering if anyone had heard something?

    Haven't heard anything about new MB/CB offerings.

    MB's are becoming more and more obsolete with advances in technology. The new T100 feels more like an MB but has the forgiveness of a CB.

    Fewer and fewer our players are playing MBs and if they do it's a mixed set with MB's being 7 iron down.

    The CB will likely get fazed out first with the T-series line would be my guess. All the tech in the T100 that the CB doesn't have.

    couldnt disagree more.......staffers use MB's quite a bit and the CB, while not updated in a few years is very popular and a new design is on the way

    The T100 line stands ion its own and is amazing and I dont think they have any relation to the MB/CB line

    No public information. Some rumors. Nothing was said while 2 more T series generations weee released. One off sets have been built for 3 pros, labeled 621 (JT, etc).

    Fully forged irons don’t leave much room for improvement. Titleist is loath to slapping cosmetic changes to the same model and calling it new. To make substantial improvements to a CB, it would need to be a hollow body to place tungsten weighting. Then call it a T100.

    I can't imagine how they could outdo themselves and come up with something better than the 620mb model. Those are pretty much, as far as i'm concerned, the gold standard or blades.

    The 620 CB feel better than the MB in my opinion. A touch more forgiving on low groove strikes. The CB are way better feeling than the T100

    I just read somewhere that the new MB620 and CB will be ready for fitting on 8th August and retail on 30th

    I have the most recent model of T100. I like them but the 620 CB look and feel much better IMO. I really am not seeing some huge drop off in forgiveness between the CB and T100. I have 620 MB 8-P that I was going to combo with the CB but I liked the CB so much I just filled out the set. i really think the CB are underrated. I'm a 10hc been as low as a 5 but can't score lately. Just to give you some perspective.

    I'm on that same fence. My fitter (long time Tour guy) talked me off the MB cliff 10 years ago, off the CB cliff 5 years ago, I'm in the T100's now, handicap is still in the same range, around scratch. I still see the same miss on the bad swings regardless of popular forgiveness theories. I'm in my Late-50's, I tell people all the time, these forged clubs are 1,000 % easier to hit than the clubs from even 20 years ago, much less 30 years ago. If you like the look, and performance on your best swings, it's a good club for you.
