  1. IS the ONLY difference between these clubs the availability of shafts?

i want to buy the T150's 6-pw and the T200 4 and 5i utility and then move into the hybrids above the 4i....

The short answer is the utility build will help achieve the desired ball speed to launch and hit the desired descent angle of the ball than using comparable T150 irons. Get tested to evaluate which ones fit your game.

The utility heads likely weigh 10-15g more than a standard 4i head. Driving Irons usually have much lighter graphite shafts in them. 85g-95g range where the standard 4i would be 105-130g. If you were to match a standard 4i head with a graphite shaft, the swing weight would drop well into the C range. They can get away with using tip weights sometimes, but sometimes it will need more which is why you'll see T200 with that black circle. That's where they drilled a hole to add weight using probably hot melt.

For example, I have a miz MP-20 HMB 3 iron. It came stock with a DG AMT Tour White steel shaft. When I switched it to a standard steel length LAGP Tour AXS 105H X shaft it needed 20g of head weight. 10g from a tip weight and another 10g in lead tape for it to reach D3.
I switched the shaft out for a Ventus Blue 9X that was the graphite standard 1/2 inch longer. This only needed 10g tip weight to reach D3. I was able to take off the 10g of lead tape.

You could try to tinker with a set 4i/5i and graphite shafts, but you'll likely end up spending more money than the price of the Utility trying to get the right fit.
