  1. I ordered a set of the new T-100 irons (3-PW) in late November. I ordered them through my local golf course. Everything on them is standard except for the grip, but they are still on back order. Does anyone know why?

I had the same issue with my T100s irons. Standard everything 4-PW. Ordered in November 2022 but didn't get until May 2023. My guess is DEMAND but who knows.

Nope. I suspect your local shop might have lost the order and not submitted it to Titleist. Of course, we have no way to know as we have zero details about your location (5 assembly plants worldwide), the name of your local golf course, or of anything else was unique like the type of grip. Orders for standard clubs are running one to two weeks, tops. If it really is a grip issue, have the club change to different grips or send without grips and do them yourself.

TT is a group of Titleist loyalists like yourself. Not Titleist customer service. But we are here to help and hope you can get this resolved.

I am assuming that you have contacted the club where you purchased the clubs and they contacted Titleist? If so you were told that they were on backorder? That is the way to handle it because they have the purchase order number and they can contact Titleist for updates. I would have the club check again, afterall it has been almost three months.

Sometimes items are on backorder due to them not being readily available to Titleist from the manufacturer. Shortages do occur from the manufacturers due to transportation issues. Some of the grips come from overseas by containers. There have been issues with ships being delayed lately.

Assuming your local club kept the order number assigned by Titleist, they can call for an update. When the shop gave me the number, the folks at Titleist have always been cooperative.
  6. SM10's look amazing. Just ordered my set of 4 wedges for the upcoming season. Can't wait to see them in person and put them to work. Who else got their pre-order in today!?

Sorry to hear that, I ordered custom T100’s last week and they arrived 5 days later.
Grips were put on it a bit squint which was disappointing though.

I'm going to guess your club's account may be in limbo, or the order wasn't promptly placed. All honesty, a similar situation is why I joined Titleist in the first place and joined another club. You'd be surprised how many golf clubs run month to month on the edge of the cliff.

I’ve ordered a split set T150/T100 split set on the 9th through my fitter, and I should be getting them by this coming Tuesday so a lil over a week for me. I’d say maybe your local course didn’t order them right away for some reason or waiting on a certain component. I second the finding out the order number and calling or emailing Titleist to find out the status of your order.

I had a similar issue last year for my T150s. Solution was alter the order to ship without grips and have them installed locally. For whatever reason they could not source the grips in a timely fashion (it happens) and the order was being delayed by several weeks. They ultimately shipped 4 days after we amended to order.

    YMMV.
