    Just walked out of Austad's Golf in Marion, IA after a fitting with Brenda. Welcoming a couple new additions after about an hour and a half of dialing in. TSR3 driver set to A2 with the Tensei 65g black. TSR3 15° set to A1 with HZRDOUS black 70g, and the U505 2i 85g HZRDOUS black. Brenda helped me optimize spin and launch on every club, distances are gapped nicely from 200 - 265 across all three, and helped to reduce my fade on the driver down significantly with the Tensei. Better yet, they had everything in stock so I got to take them home today! Aside from me opening up a cut on my hand from yesterday and bleeding all over the bay, it went pretty dang smooth! Super pumped to put these into play this season, I'll be taking them to the sim several times between now and then!

    So I had the chance to get these out to the sim tonight, and I have to say - Titleist, I love you. I'm not sure what I did that is worthy of being blessed with your equipment, but whatever it is I'm glad I did it. The TSR3 driver is obscene. I have never, ever, in my life been capable of intentionally shaping the ball with a driver, and tonight I was able to move the ball both directions - on purpose. My distance was averaging 275-280 with several close to 300 and long of the day at 311, and more importantly, I was either on or just off the fairway. Granted, this was sim golf, cushioned with neverending mozzarella sticks, no wind and perfect lies, but I have never been more confident with the driver in my hands as I am now. I no longer consider this club a liability; I now possess a weapon capable of delivering THE shot when I need it.

    I only had one opportunity each for the 3W and 2i tonight; the 3W went 235 where I wanted it go and I hit the 2i pretty fat, only rolling out to 190 when I needed 215. Even with the minimal usage tonight, these clubs put me in position to score. They are also major assets that I am fortunate to be able to carry with me. I can't reiterate how excited I am to play with these this season and beyond! Thank you again!
