  1. Consuming what I can about the T400 series. They look like something that I could use. However wondering are they still available? As none were on the rack at 2 big boxes. One said they MIGHT be able to get them, but I’d obviously want them fitted, so blind ordering a set seems like something a commissioned sales guy would tell me. So are they still available through a premier fitting center (not a fitting partner)? Any rumors on what might be coming out later this year?

Crickets. Nothing. All the others were changed in 2023 to forged. PGA show coming up the end of the month. Maybe something will pop up down in Orlando at that time. Welcome to Team Titleist. =)

I don't know if the 2020 version is available from Titleist at this time. I purchased a set of the 2023 JP version from Tour Spec Golf. I'm not sure if and when they will be released in the U.S.

Retailers don't often keep the T400 in stock. Premier fitters should have or can get the fitting head to use.

The only advantage to the T400 in my opinion is the price is currently lower than the T350 (all 3rd men T series irons are the same price). I've had the T400, T300, and the T350. The T350 worked much better for me than the others. Easy to launch and very forgiving. When I matched the T350/T400 by loft and not the iron #, the distance numbers were very close. Just don't compare a 39 degree PW (T400) with a 43 degree PW (T350) and expect the 43 to be as long as the 39. Don't limit your choice to only the T400.

There is a 2nd generation T400 in Japan. If it replaces the current T400, the price will likely then be in line with the 3rd gen irons. Titleist has been mum on the future of the T400. Maybe something at the PGA show later this month? At events last year, no one would hint if the T400 would stay be dropped, or move to the Japanese model. I asked, they hedged...

You will need to get someone to get the T400 from Japan for you:

Tourspecgolf can get them for you. They are legit and I have purchased from them before

  6. Thanks all for the insight and recommendations. I figured if anyone was in the know on what was going to be unveiled at the end of the month it would be this group. Depending on what is offered (and timing) the T350 looks like a good alternative.
