Lie Adjustments

First think first, Do you know if they are 1 or 2 degrees to upright?
If you do not want to send them twice.
A good golf fitter could establish that for sure.

Second, if you do not need your clubs, I assume Titleist could do the job.
But, if you are playing every weeks, the lie and loft adjustments are basic operation when you know the specs. You only need a Mitchell lie machine and a operator who knows what he is doing.

Yes, they can be done by Titleist. Have your pro or local authorized retailer get you info on price and timeline.

You might want to find a pro shop or independent retailer that also does reshafting. Between the shipping cost and up to 2 weeks in shipping, locally will be faster and less expensive.
Being forges, you might want get them checked more than once a year if you are plus 50 rounds a year.

when ordering new clubs online, can i adjust the lie and loft?

Sure you can, but let them do it for you, if that is possible. I always let clubs specialist do it for me. If they mess up they are responsible.

If you order them direct from Titleist, you can and should specify loft, lie, and swing weight along with grips. Titleist will build them to your specifications. It is the same price be they off the rack or custom built.

Many shafts are n/c to substitute. Exotic shafts do get added extra just for the shaft upgrade. Tipping and hard/soft stepping are also options

Have you tried to measure the lie angle fit for you? Seems like the 'lie board and tape' method has gone out of fashion. I have been using a sharpie line on a ball (orient it to vertical), then hit the ball off grass (mat as second option). Look at the line. If it is vertical on the face (i.e., perpendicular to the grooves), the lie angle is correct for you. Otherwise, the lie angle is not fit to you and MAY need adjustment. I believe that, if the top of the line is more toward the toe than the bottom of the line, the lie angle is too upright (and vice-versa). Sometimes, fitters will purposely specify a slightly different lie angle to help compensate for ball flight concerns.

Agree, we pay a lot for custom fitted clubs and trusting someone else with them can be tough.

I also play T100s and thankfully I was able to find a guy who used to work in PGA Tour trucks for manufacturers. He checks my lofts and lies a couple of times a year with me standing right there watching him.

I previously had AP3s and he used to say, because they are cast clubheads (vs forged) - they were difficult to bend for lie adjustments. I've heard non-experienced guys snapping clubheads because they push/pull too hard on difficult clubs. Our T100s are forged and for experienced 'repair/builders' easier to bend.

So sending into to Titleist is an option (probably higher price with shipping and longer time away), maybe finding a reputable local guy might help in the long run if you want/need more adjustments.

I get my T100's straight from a rep every cycle, I still have them checked out. If people knew how the process worked, they'd realize why. Even our beloved Titleist is a factory. I'd look at your swing as well, have any slight changes in your approach to the ball crept in? Good luck!
