  1. I just received my T300s October 2022. I'm already seeing them begin to look terrible with the chrome finish peeling/wearing off. Is this normal for Titleist clubs?

It doesn't appear normal to me. They have a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. I would take them back to where you bought them. If they are no help, contact Titleist directly.

They look as though they have come in contact with some type of chemical, but that is for Titleist to decide. What do you use to clean the clubs? Titleist drivers, woods, hybrids, irons and wedges can be cleaned with mild soap and water and then dried with a soft cotton cloth. Titleist recommends golf clubs and headcover be completely dry before storage. Storing golf clubs in wet headcovers can lead to rust and corrosion and may not be covered by the warranty. Below is the warranty information with instructions.

    Limited One-Year Warranty Information

Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Purchased in the USA at a Titleist retailer? Your profile does not indicate location and occasionally batches are different depending on which factory is building the clubs worldwide. Also, are these tour chrome or black finish, hard to tell for sure on this picture. Regardless, contact customer service as they will want to inspect the irons to determine the likely cause and track the lot from which it was assembled.

I have had my T300's for several years and they still look good.

Good luck with getting to the bottom of what happened to your clubs.
  6. You need to get it sorted asap otherwise you will worry about them everytime you use them

    Good luck
  7. You can always use another wedge, even if you do not want the irons.
  8. New T200 irons are looking great, and the T150 replacing the T100 what a great addition to the line. Look vary much like a ladle but much more forgiving.
  9. Had mine since March 2023. Have had 7 iron, 6 iron, 4 iron all peel so far. Said they would replace the whole set but refuse and just do the damaged one. Will be trying for refund if another one goes.

Owned AP1 & T300 irons for 12 years. Never had a finish problem

I’ve seen some really worn out driving range mat that are barely 1/4 inch over concrete. Do you play off anything like that or have a lot of time in gravel waste areas? In any event, you’ve within the warranty period and need to arrange for a pick up and inspection

I've had my T300s since they were introduced without any peeling, just normal scratch marks and wear and tear. Assuming they were bought in an authorized Titleist retailer, they should be covered under the manufactures warranty.
  12. I have not any issues with my T200 or T300 irons in this capacity ever….

Do you hit off of grass mats very often??
  13. Same happened to just my 8 iron, and some bubbling on my 5 iron. I purchased them from a golf store, they said to contact Titleist directly, I emailed them and they said to take to the store and to get them to contact Titleist. Not sure if the whole set will be replaced or just the ones showing the defect.

My T300s have not experienced this issue. Have had them since early 2022 with no issues. Titleist customer service should resolve this issue for you fairly quickly
  17. Bought my t300s in March, the chrome is starting to flake off most of them
  18. I had the same issue but only with my 5 iron and am having to send back for a 2nd time now to be replaced. Titleist has been good about replacing but you have to mail it away and wait 3 weeks to get it back usually.

Same thing is happening to my 2021 model T300 7 iron. The chrome plating is peeling off the back edge just above the sole.
