  1. I am not able to change the weight in my TS3 driver. I know this has been posted before, but I was hoping more info was out there. The weight comes out about halfway and will not budge past that. Tried pulling with some pliers, but didn’t want to damage the driver or risk breaking weight off in the head

Hopefully you haven't waited too long to get this fixed. Seeing that the TS models are still current until the end of the year, hurry to the authorized retailer where you purchased the driver and they will contact Titleist. It shouldn't matter if you don't still have your receipt as Titleist is very familiar with this issue. There were some early weights that were manufactured by a second tier vendor that had made them out of tolerance. Some were creating a rattle and some were getting stuck. They have since fixed the problem but a few bad ones are still out there, especially on early purchased drivers where someone has not opened the weight port before.
  3. Thanks Dale, you are always very helpful; I will give it a shot.
  4. I have used a little WD40 oil to losen up a stuck weight if you prefer...I would agree though returning it is probably best.
  5. My CG weight is stuck in the club head. What can I do to get it out?

Dale V's recommendation is spot-on. Check with your local dealer or pro shop.
  7. Hey I know this is an old post but I'm sure there might be other people out there that have had this problem and are searching google for the answer.

This has happened to me a couple of times (and I'm sure this is why Titleist decided to do away with the weight port in the first place), but the best way to get it out is to take the screw out and GENTLY smack the head against a paperback book.

Trust me it will come out in a couple of smacks lol :)
  8. Hello,

Somehow the weight of the little peice got left inside the fairway wood head.

Anyone know how to take it out?

    Pls let me know.

  9. I too used WD40 to get a stuck weight out of my TS3 fairway wood. Novel idea for Titleist...poor result in the end. Much happier with the TSi3 slider weight system. I also worried about what would happen if the end of the weight plug came off in the head.
  10. I was practicing this morning, and it appears the weight inside of the head of my TS3 driver some how came loose inside the actual head and is now rattling around inside of it.

Has anybody ever experienced this, and is there even a fix? I absolutely love this driver, but I’m very disappointed to have a quality control issue like this…

  11. This just happened to me. I was playing a couple days ago when it made a weird sound on a teeshot. Had forgotten about it till 15min ago.

I just got a weight kit for my H1 Hybrids and wondered how much different they were and if they can be used in either club. I took the cap off and there was no weight in it?!? I shook it and can hear it rattling around in there.
  12. Anyone who has a stuck weight... try this, as it worked for me.

get a piece of plastic rod about 1/8" thick... and a hot glue gun.
....dab some hot glue on the end of the plastic rod, and stick to the end of the weight... let cool for a minute or two.... and pull the weight out of the port.
    Cheers.
  13. As I am the OP I wanted to update everyone. What I found to work best was to upgrade to the current model driver. Hope this helps, it did for me!
