My swing speed was around 108-115 mph. Ball speed 150 range +/- 5. Launch angle is 11.5 with a slight fade. My current driver is a 910d2 with a rip60 stiff shaft. Seems like my ball is not getting much roll when it lands. Was thinking of getting the ust proforce76 since it was my favorite in the 905r.

Your launch is fine... Slight fade / slice means high spin which balloons at the end of the shot. This will create a steep descent angle and no roll out. Doubtful changing the shaft will be a fix. Go to a good fitter outdoors and get on a launch monitor . Spin should be no higher than 3,000. Steve ball PGA Master Professional

Anything above 10 is usually ideal...but we are missing the all important spin rate!  RC

Thank you for the response! My spin rate is in the 2700. My natural shot is a slight fade, but I guess I need to start learning how to draw the ball consistently to get the extra yardage. Changing the shaft was just something I was thinking about for a quick fix instead of changing the swing.

150/11/2700 is pretty ideal for a fade.

So we are looking at a swing speed of 108-115mph...150mph ball speed, 11ish launch and 2700 spin.  On the outside looking in, I would suspect you could hit a golf ball 160mph if you do indeed swing it max 115mph.

I like the idea of trying something heavier to increase your speed...sort of the opposite of what you may expect.  We need to see if we can find a faster ball speed with a more stable shaft.  I recommend that V2, the Ahina 72/82, to start.  Possibly a Kaili 75.

    Never hurts to try!
