Shaft tip trimming for surfeit adapter

What would tip trim be for a UST V2 75gram stiff shaft for my 915 D3?....a lot of mixed info what to do for install into sure fit adapter.
Also have same question for Installion of that shaft into a 915 Fd fairway wood.
