Hope this info helps,

You can order a 915 weight kit through any authorized Titleist pro shop. At this time, they are expected to ship mid to end of January. If you are ordering a 915 metalwood, you can always specify the swingweight or bezel weight (within tolerance) and there is no upcharge. It makes it a custom order, but custom orders will generally ship within 3-5 days.

Cathi,
I just cut my Black Rogue shaft down to 44.5" on my 915 D3, which weight should I put in it to balance that out?
Thanks,
Hi Jason, You would use a 14 gram black weight to get it back to standard swingweight.

Would it affect distance to not have a weight in

Cathi, what about shortening down to 44"? Would that plus the 14g weight still be too much of a difference in feel?l from factory 45" with Red weight?

If you shorten it 1", and use a 14 gram weight (instead of the 9 gram), using the same grip, the club will still be 2-3 swingweights lighter than at 45".

In addition, does anybody know what changing the weight will do to ball flight.

Hi Robert,
Changing the weights will not effect ball flight. They are designed to offer players the ability to find the correct swing weight, or slightly adjust the feel.
Thanks.
