Hi Troy,
As part of our product validation process, we are constantly testing prototype products on tour to gather feedback from the best players in the game.  We have been doing this for many years.  Sometime the product makes it to market and sometimes it does not.  Right now, the product appearing in the picture you have posted is only available on tour but we will let you know if/when it becomes available.
