Glove Issue - Titleist Perma-Soft

  1. Hi all,

    I had purchased a couple of these from my local pro shop, and used one for the first time on the weekend.

    I have to say I'm a little disappointed in them, as during this first round I had quite a noticeable wear mark on the thumb.

    Now I know I was swinging it as beautifully as an octopus falling out of a tree, but I'd expect these to last a bit longer to show wear?

    I'm a bit bummed now, as I still have a second one in its sleeve that if it goes the same way, will have been a waste of money...

    Have I just got a single dud?  Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen?  I've never had this with a cabretta leather glove before.

    Hi Tim,

    Please take the glove back to the store where it was purchased and show the staff what has happened to the glove.  From there they will be able to determine the next steps in regards to warranty.

    Alternatively you can call our Customer Service free call # 1800 660 535 and discuss the options there.
